Annually, the MRC will start updating its consultant roster so to have an enriched consultant pool to implement our annual procurement plan for technical and managerial services such as groundwater use and management for agriculture, navigation, sediment and morphology, water quality and aquatic ecology, fisheries and fishpass, socio-economic, hydrology, hydraulic, dam safety, Mekong Climate Change Adaptation Strategy and Action Plan mainstreaming, gender, sustainable hydropower, flood and drought forecasting, riverine plastic debris, etc....
