Congleton Town Council and independent researchers People and Places Insight are undertaking a review of Congleton Town Centre. The project is being funded by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund as part of the Government’s Levelling-up initiative. Data is gathered on Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) to measure Town Centre performance including:

- Retail Offer
- Markets
- Footfall
- Car Parking
- Business Performance and Confidence
- Town Centre User Satisfaction
- Customer Spend
- Shoppers Origin

As part of the process, we would particularly like your contribution on Business Performance and Confidence.
The information gathered will be included in the overall Benchmarking report, which will be produced by People and Places Insight.
