East Colfax is Aurora’s original downtown and Northwest Aurora is the cultural heart of the city. The Colfax Community Vision and Action Plan will document community priorities for this important area and identify strategies to fulfil this vision. The project will also explore creating one or more new organizations dedicated to funding and implementing the goals of the plan.
