Introducing Coastal Fusion 2024!
 
With a whole new look, the Central Coast will once again celebrate multicultural diversity with Coastal Fusion coming to Terrigal on Saturday 23 March 2024.
 
Previously known as Flavours by the Sea, the event is one of the most culturally diverse festivals we produce here on our beautiful Central Coast. The event supports the region's multicultural community through the arts, interactive activities, workshops and food coinciding with Harmony Week.
 
Coastal Fusion will be proudly showcasing the Central Coast community as a multi-faith and multi-racial region through the presentation of culinary delights, performance arts (music and roving) and visual arts. So, this year we have created an opportunity for two proud local artists to enliven the streetscapes of the event with some stunning local art. This will take the form of various digital projections throughout Terrigal, pre-selected by the Coastal Fusion team. If you would like your artwork to be showcased, please complete the Expression of Interest form.
 
To be eligible to apply, you must:
o   Live on the Central Coast
o   Identify as culturally diverse
o   Be emerging, mid-career or established in graphic design, photo media or digital media/video art
 
Successful artists will be paid as per NAVA Code of Practice. Applications close 29 February 2024.
