Elsternwick Amateur Football Club is one of the oldest clubs in the Victorian Amateur Football Association, founded in 1906. Currently playing in Division 3, we’ve experienced rapid growth and are coming off two very successful seasons. What does success look like in 2023? We want to see our Reserves go all the way to a premiership and for our Thirds to secure their first finals berth.
What are we looking for?
- Previous coaching experience OR considerable playing experience.
- A team player that can work collaboratively with our Senior Men and Senior Women’s coaches
- Strong people skills to welcome, and build relationships with, players of diverse backgrounds
- The ability to develop the skills of players at all levels
- A commitment to work hard and play an active role in contributing to our culture
