The City of Santa Barbara is working on a plan to achieve carbon neutrality by 2035. Carbon neutrality means that all greenhouse gas emissions released into the air are balanced by an equal amount taken out. To reach this goal, we need bold and innovative strategies that reduce greenhouse gas emissions and increase carbon removal.
