As part of the Madison County Building & Zoning Department, the Resource Management program offers essential resource tool kits for volunteers seeking to beautify their communities.

Please complete this short form to request cleanup materials.

·      Gloves
·      Grabbers 

Up to six (6) Tool Kits will be available for individual households and small groups.

Up to twenty-four (24) kits will be available for larger scheduled clean-ups and organizations. 

Please note: Due to backorder, grabbers are currently limited to one (1) per four (4) volunteers for larger groups.

Please allow us 1-3 business days to process your request. You will receive a confirmation email once your supplies are ready. Please pick up your supplies from the Building & Zoning office on the second floor of the Madison County Administration Building Suite 254, 157 N. Main Street. Edwardsville, IL 62025.
