Clay County invites you to provide input as part of the development of a Feasibility Study and Site Plan in consideration of potential long-range planning of the Veterans Park parcels.

As an initial step in the Feasibility Study, Clay County would like to gather input from residents about your needs and priorities for outdoor recreation amenities and activities. This information will help inform potential future amenities and/or activities for consideration at Veterans Park or other locations.

All future potential recreation opportunities at Veterans Park are to be complimentary with the site’s unique natural resources and aligned with long-term management needs and site restrictions. The findings of this survey and other public engagement activities, do not commit Clay County to the future development of Veterans Park as the feasibility of public access and alignment with resource management needs are actively being evaluated.
