The Municipality of Clarington is preparing a Parks, Recreation, and Culture Master Plan. Through research and community engagement, the Master Plan will guide strategic decision making to meet the needs of all residents over the next 10 to 15 years.
Community involvement is vital to the success of the Parks, Recreation and Culture Master Plan. It will be informed by feedback from residents, staff, stakeholders, and other key partners. Your input will help us better understand the priorities of Clarington residents. All individual survey responses are kept strictly confidential and will only be reproduced in summary format for the purposes of this Master Plan.

Instructions
- The survey will be open until December 15, 2023, and will take approximately 5 to 10 minutes to complete.
- One (1) submission per resident is permitted. You are encouraged to consider the parks, recreation, and culture participation preferences and priorities of all members living within your household.
- Complete as many of the questions as you can, but you don’t have to respond to questions that you are unsure or uncomfortable about.
At the end of the survey, you will have the option to provide your email address to be entered into a draw for the chance to win one of the following three prizes:
