Church of the Presentation Parish Survey

May 2021

The staff here at Presentation is thinking about YOU! We are sending this survey to help understand how we can best support you going forward, as we all emerge from this pandemic and difficult time. We want to hear your concerns but we also want to hear about your many bright spots of the past 15 months.

We are here for you - to listen, to share stories, to help you heal and grow. This survey will help our parish as we go forward in planning and preparing for the Fall and beyond.

**Please note: Everyone is asked to complete questions 1-6. If you have children in grades 1-12, please also complete questions 7-10.

Please respond by May 31. We know you are busy and have many things on your plate right now. We are so grateful for the time you take to share your thoughts.
Thank you!
