The City of Chico invites the community to provide input into the development of the City's five-year HUD Consolidated Plan. The Plan outlines the City’s strategy to meet the federal goal of developing viable urban communities. It aims to provide decent housing, improve city-wide living environments and expand economic opportunities, particularly for low- and moderate-income persons. Goals outlined in the Plan will be funded by the City’s Community Development Block Grant and HOME Investment Partnerships funds during the five-year period (2025-2029).
