Educators Advancing Health Equity

The Nurse Faculty Fellowship Program is a 12-month program that uses a coordinated approach to address the multifaceted roles of the nurse educator in the areas of teaching, learning, leadership, and research.

In collaboration with a mentor, the program supports the transition of nurses to the nurse educator role and empowers educators to teach and evaluate learning using a multicultural lens that bridges learning to the health care needs of society.
