City of Cerritos On-Demand Transportation Community Survey At the direction of the City Council, the City of Cerritos will be implementing a new community transportation program inclusive of three service elements: 1) a general public on-demand service, and 2) a limited-stop service linking Cerritos with LA Metro’s Green/C-Line rail station in Norwalk, and 3) an eligibility-based Dial-A-Ride. As part of the transition to the new services, the City will cease operation of the Cerritos-On-Wheels (COW) local bus service. To ensure the new services effectively meet the mobility needs and priorities of Cerritos residents, your input is requested.
