You are invited to participate in an online survey as part of a research study about children with CdLS and communication. The purpose of this research study is to gather information on the use of electronic communication devices in children with CdLS.
The online survey will take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete.
Your responses will be kept confidential and anonymous. The researchers will not be able to link your survey responses to you. The survey software keeps your identifying information separate from the answers you provide to the survey. We plan to publish the results of this study, but will not include any information that would identify you or your child.
There are no foreseeable risks involved with this survey. You and your child may or may not directly benefit from this study. What we learn may help other children and families with CdLS in the future.
