Cause for the Claws: Free Vaccine Event - FVRCP + Rabies Combo

THIS IS ON A FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVE BASIS, AND A VACCINE IS NOT GUARANTEED. This form does not guarantee a vaccine but gives us an idea of how many vaccines we will need for the event. We will email you more information regarding the event and additional informational materials. 

Cause for the Claws: Free Vaccine Event is only for cats over 16 weeks old with no previous vaccine reactions. The only vaccine given at the event is the FVRCP and Rabies combination single vaccine. 

No feral cats. 

Please bring your cat(s) in a cat carrier. Only one cat per carrier. Boxes and traps will not be accepted. 

On Friday, July 21st, 2023, from 8 am to 4 pm, we will hold the Free Vaccine event at SPCA Florida located at 5850 Brannen Rd S, Lakeland, FL 33813.
