We are excited to announce the open call for talk proposals for the Flagship Conference 2026. The conference takes place at the ICC Birmingham, 28 - 30 April 2026.

All speakers will be expected to attend in-person to deliver their talk, and will be able to claim expenses in line with our standard speaker expense policy.

Proposed talks may be given a contested speaking slot in the programme, a breaktime exhibition talk, or an alternative opportunity to present. By submitting a proposed talk, you are not guaranteed attendance or a speaking slot.

Please note, this open call for talks is separate to the call for abstract submissions which will open in the coming weeks. Abstract submissions focus on research work, quality improvement projects and case reports. Please do not submit a talk that covers these areas as it will be rejected.

If you have any queries about this open call for talks, please email events@rcem.ac.uk.
