Invest in People | Invest in Safety

CPOC and CPOC Foundation are excited to announce the Call for Presentations for our upcoming statewide conference!

We invite practitioners, researchers, and academics to submit proposals for presentations that explore innovative, evidence-based, and data-driven approaches to advancing the probation profession. Proposals should focus on strategies that enhance outcomes for individuals involved in the justice system and strengthen the role of probation in community safety. This conference will highlight the importance of investing in California Probation officers and staff so they can be best equipped to protect communities and connect those in the justice system to transformative rehabilitation. By investing in probation, we strengthen the foundation of our justice system. By investing in those under supervision, we break cycles of recidivism and build safer communities for the long term.
