PennDOT Agent Social Media Survey

In a memo to all PennDOT Business Partners dated December 8, 2021, the Director of the Bureau of Motor Vehicles announced a policy change for verifying identification.

By November 30, 2022, ALL agents involved with title and registration transactions will be required to use a new system tool to electronically verify a driver’s license or ID card against the PennDOT record.

We would like to hear feedback from our PAN members who process motor vehicle paperwork that are impacted by this change.
