What is this Survey?
The Adams County Opioid Council wants to hear from service providers and community members with lived experience to better understand:

What services and programs are available
What are the current needs and gaps around the opioid crisis

How will the information I share be used?
The Council will use this information alongside inventories of the different programs and services that already exist in Adams County to:

Determine the kinds of programs, services, and efforts that are most needed
Determine where funding could go to meet these needs
