The aim of this event is to discuss ways to make your native planting more resilient.  This starts with the right plant in the right place.  Can you plant more low flammability species to reduce the fire risk.  Can you use native planting and a good plan to reduce fire risk for your property?  What should you plant along high flood risk sites to increase the chances of them surviving?  Can you use natives to reduce the likelihood of erosion and which are the best at doing this?  How can you best care for your native plantings postplanting especially for the expected drought conditions this season?

It is not often that you can get such knowledgeable people together in a practical setting that can share their knowledge, along with attendees, on such key topics.

This event was rescheduled. It is now being run on Sunday 4 February, from 10 am.  520 Motueka River West Bank Road.
