FY25 Annual Branch Survey |
Survey Instructions
1. Complete the online AAUW Affiliate Survey no later than the deadline of June 30, 2025.
2. Please note that this survey should cover branch programming and activities conducted between July 1, 2024 and June 30, 2025 (Fiscal Year 2025 or FY25).
3. We encourage you to print and review the survey first. The survey questions can be found in PDF form on our AAUW Five Star Program page. Filling out the written form and using it as an aid when completing the final online survey could also be helpful.
Feel free to contact others in your state or branch to help answer any questions. Once the survey has been completed in paper form, it should take approximately 10-15 minutes to fill out the online survey.
4. Please coordinate with fellow branch leaders to ensure that only one survey is submitted per branch. If you represent multiple branches, please submit separate surveys for each branch.
5. Please read carefully prior to completing the survey. You cannot return to the survey to edit responses after submitting your responses.
