FORMATIVE ASSESSMENT
Thanks for taking the formative assessment survey. The survey has been designed to identify professional learning needs and track our formative assessment progress. Questions in the survey have been grouped according to the 5 main formative assessment strategies of:
1. Clarifying, sharing, and understanding learning intentions and criteria for success
2. Engineering effective classroom discussions, activities, and learning tasks that elicit evidence of learning
3. Providing feedback that moves learning forward

5. Activating learners as owners of their own learning
