We’re looking for Local Authority Local Land Charges departments that display the very best levels of customer service.  If you regularly deal with a LLC team that gives you an impressive level of customer service, we want to hear from you. This year we’ve simplified the nomination process, asking you to rate your Local Authority from satisfactory to outstanding in six customer service areas. This should make nominations much quicker to complete.

The award individually celebrates the four types of councils: District councils, Metropolitan/Borough councils, Unitary councils, and London Boroughs. This gives us more opportunities to celebrate exceptional teams across England and Wales.

Everyone who nominates a Local Authority will be entered into a prize draw to win £50 M&S vouchers!
