CSM Faculty & Student WAC Pass Request

Welcome to St. Mary's County Recreation & Parks Wellness & Aquatics Center (WAC). Below is a request form for a CSM student/faculty pass for the SUMMER 2024 SEMESTER effective May 6 through the end of Summer semester. Once your information is verified by CSM staff, you will receive an email from Recreation & Parks with how to claim your pass - this could take up to 72 business hours and not prior to May 6. We will begin reviewing requests on May 1, 2024. Access will not be granted until verification is complete and you receive a confirmation email from St. Mary's County Recreation & Parks. Your name will then be added to an approved list. Requests for Summer Semester access will close on August 9, 2024.

Once you receive notification that your request has been approved, your pass will be active starting the day of your approval and will expire on August 26, 2024.

Attention: Full-time faculty and staff who previously received annual passes, your membership expires September 30. You will need to complete this form to request renewal.

NOTE: Spring semester students can no longer request passes valid for Spring session - that request period ended April 19.
