Sioux Steel turned 100 years old in 2018!  In celebration of the anniversary of the Sioux Steel Company, the Sioux Steel Company Foundation is awarding four $1000 and four $500 monetary gifts to non-profit organizations that have made a positive impact in their communities.  As a dealer in our Sioux Steel family, you have the opportunity to nominate a certified non-profit 501C3 organization that has made a difference in your community. 
 
Applications will be collected from July 8, 2019- September 1, 2019.  Winners will be awarded by October 1, 2019.
 *If your nomination was selected last year, you will not be eligible to nominate this year as we would like to spread out the impact of the funds.

To complete the submission you will need the following information:
1. Name, Address, Phone number and Email address of the organization you are nominating
2. Mission of the organization
3. Impact of the organization on the community 
4. How the funds will be used.
