The CSIRO Enterprise Agreement (EA) is a collective employment contract that sets out the pay and working conditions for CSIRO employees.

As we start preparations to negotiate a new EA, we’re inviting all CSIRO employees - not just union members - to participate in this confidential, online survey.

Survey questions are grouped around four key themes (pay and remuneration, working conditions, job security, and respect at work.) The whole exercise should take around 15 minutes or less to complete. 

The results will help inform the Staff Association’s bargaining position when formal negotiations with management commence early next year. Individual responses remain confidential and subject to our privacy policy.
