DEPARTURE TIME: 1:45 PM PT
DEPARTURE LOCATION: The buses will depart at 1:45 PM promptly from the hotel's Ambassador Ballroom Conference Porte.
ARRIVAL TIME: 2:30 PM
RETURN TIME: At 4:30 PM Buses will depart the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway to return to The Westin Rancho Mirage at approximately 5:15 PM.

We ask that all registered attendees kindly let us know if you plan to join in on the fun by end of day Friday, January 17th.
