Delray Beach CRA Projects Survey

The Delray Beach Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) is responsible for developing and implementing the CRA’s Community Redevelopment Plan that addresses the unique needs of the targeted area – the CRA District. The CRA District includes approximately 20% of the City of Delray Beach.

Overall redevelopment strategies of both the CRA and the City of Delray Beach are embodied within the projects and programs that are outlined in the CRA’s Community Redevelopment Plan. These projects and programs are designed to solve underlying problems which have a blighting influence within the CRA District, address the needs of the residents, and encourage economic growth for both residents and businesses, and promote the aesthetic improvement of the built environment.

The purpose of this survey is to gather feedback regarding the upcoming CRA Projects.

As a Delray Beach resident, property owner, business owner, or visitor, your feedback regarding the CRA District’s most pressing needs is critical as we work towards achieving our mission of assisting in improving the quality of life to the benefit of those within the CRA District and the City of Delray Beach as a whole.

The design includes using shipping containers for affordable restaurant and retail space to create a thriving destination for residents and visitors.
