At CPG, we recognize that many people wish to recreate areas where we are permitted to helicopter ski. To facilitate better communication and safety, we have given the public the opportunity to let us know where they wish to go ski, snowmachine, fly, or otherwise recreate by filing a backcountry trip plan. When members of the general public file a backcountry trip plan, CPG guides will make appropriate efforts to avoid those parties and those areas. Please remember that our guides have a very difficult job to do in finding satisfying and safe conditions for our guests, and we ask that you keep that in mind when filing a trip plan and travelling in the Chugach National Forest.
