COVIDxTB: Survey on the impact of the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic on laboratory diagnosis of tuberculosis
Welcome to the ESGMYC survey on the impact of the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic on laboratory diagnosis of tuberculosis. We believe that real data on how the emergence of SARS-CoV-2 affected tuberculosis case finding during recent months will be highly valuable to the scientific community and to the general public. We appreciate your interest in contributing to this project.
You are eligible to participate in this survey if you represent a human diagnostic laboratory that is routinely performing microbiological tests to diagnose mycobacterial infections. The survey consists of two parts:
PART A - we will ask you to answer some general questions on how the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic affected your laboratory.
PART B - we ask you to provide specific data on sample numbers. For PART B, please complete the provided datasheet BEFORE you start the survey. Please download the datasheet here. You will be asked to upload this file at the end of the survey.
In case of any questions regarding the survey please contact Dr. Laura Paulowski at Research Center Borstel (lpaulowski@fz-borstel.de).
Thank you once again for supporting this initiative.
