This Canadian Organization for Rare Disorders is calling upon our individual and patient organization members to help us better understand the impact of coronavirus COVID-19 on the rare disease community in Canada. We are trying to learn
- how COVID-19 is affecting rare disease patients’ access to healthcare
- how COVID-19 is affecting patients' daily lives
- priority rare disease issues
- potential interest in CORD training and other initiatives
The term "rare diseases" refers to all rare disorders, rare conditions, rare cancers, and undiagnosed conditions (probably rare). All answers are confidential and individual responses will not be shared with any healthcare provider, other organization or any other entity. Results will be presented as a summary.
