How have you made an IMPACT in your organisation - CISA Conference 2024

As compliance professionals, we have a responsibility to ensure that our organisations are operating within the law and ethical standards. Last year, we gave the compliance community an opportunity to submit their compliance PLEDGES to uphold the highest level of compliance within your profession and respective organisations. Taking THE PLEDGE was a simple but powerful way to demonstrate your commitment to compliance. When initiating the idea of THE PLEDGE in 2023 for our compliance fraternity, we very quickly realised how the commitment to a pledge can have an incredible IMPACT on achieving higher standard and ensuring that we uphold what is most important.

The response was overwhelming, underscoring the power of such commitments in fostering a culture of accountability and integrity. As we gear up for this year's CISA Conference from 28 - 29 August, themed "IMPACT - Continue Making a Difference in Compliance," we are eager to hear your success stories.

Leading up to the conference, we are going to ask you to submit your success stories, the ways in which the pledges you took last year have made a lasting IMPACT within your compliance professions and organisations. The most IMPACTFUL stories will be shared at this year's conference and you stand a chance to win a prize! The prizes range from Takealot and Uber Eats vouchers, training and even a free ticket for the conference!

But more important than the prizes, these stories of IMPACT will serve as a reminder to our selves of the commitment we made and they will inspire us to continue to strive for excellence in compliance.
