Are you a collaborator?

Collaboration, like leadership, is a learned trait.  To grow as a collaborator, you must first know how well you collaborate.  Then you can determine the areas where you want to focus.

Please respond to each question based on the sliding scale from 0 (the weakest or lowest value you assign the item) to 100 (the greatest or highest value you assign to the item).  There is no correct answer.  The Collaboration Index enables you to target the areas where you want to grow.
