Thank you for your interest in our upcoming study with PRC. We are looking for adults, ages 18 and older, to participate in an upcoming focus group.

Who: Girls, 6-17 (parents will answer some sections of the survey)
When: Phase 1: Weeks of March 4th & 11th, Phase 2: Week of April 8th & 15th
Where: From the comfort of your home
Length: Phase 1: 2-hours (4-5 activities, videos, questions, etc), if selected for phase 2, 60-min virtual group
Incentive: Phase 1:$200, Phase 2: $150 (if selected)
As with all PRC studies, participants are booked on a first come first serve basis. Not all participants who complete this pre-questionnaire will qualify for this study, nor will everyone receive a callback. Please do not call in reference to this study. If you pre-qualify, a recruiter will contact you with further questions and details. Please do not complete this survey if you're currently scheduled for another study!
