Sharing your experiences of having CMT

CMT United Kingdom needs your help! We would like to ask as many people with CMT as possible to complete this short survey about their experiences, as it will help give us some "angles" and substance for press releases for Awareness Month in September.

Usually newspapers need at least 1,000 respondents to see it as a credible survey, so we're going to be positive and aim for that number. Once you've filled it in, please encourage family or friends with CMT to do the same. We have almost 2000 likes on Facebook, plus members and supporters not on Facebook. If just a third of these people filled in the survey, we could get to our target number. It is anonymous and should take you less than 5 minutes.
