This year, the Convention Industry Council is introducing a new collaboration program for the annual Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) Conclave. The purpose of this program is to leverage the industry knowledge of the CMP Conclave participants in developing new resources and guidance for meeting professionals. This survey will be used to assess the issues of greatest importance facing our industry, and, of these, which are in need of new guidance, best practices and resources to help meeting professionals to address them.
