First Church Congregational Survey 2023-24

Welcome to our latest Annual Congregational Survey.

Your opinion counts. The information you provide is of critical importance to both the Board of Trustees and the Executive Team. This year’s survey will continue to measure our progress in meeting our Ends and help identify areas in which we need to dedicate additional time and resources.

When answering this survey, please reflect on the current church year that started in September 2023. Please consider your responses in terms of both virtual and in-person church activities.

A note about comments: The survey asks for open-ended comments, all of which are read by the Board, the Executive Team, and the lay leadership team that designs and analyzes the survey for the Board. The survey is anonymous, however if you need an issue addressed directly you can provide your contact information and someone will be in touch.

We expect it will take about 15 minutes to complete the survey.

Hearing from everyone is our goal.

We will share a report on what we heard from the congregation, based on all the responses that are submitted, by the end of the church year.
