The City of Medicine Hat is dedicated to providing the best quality service to its customers.

The survey questions have been developed by the Alberta Utilities Commission to measure the level of customer satisfaction for customers who have initiated contact with the City of Medicine within the past 30 days.  This study must achieve a minimum sample of 400 completed responses each year.
