City of Medicine Hat Utility Billing Satisfaction

The City of Medicine Hat is dedicated to providing the best quality service. 

The following four survey questions have been developed by the Alberta Utilities Commission to measure the level of customer satisfaction with the City of Medicine Hat.  This survey must achieve a minimum sample of 400 completed responses each year.
