As part of our local Air Cadet training program, we are conducting mandatory, complementary and optional activities. Those activities are taking place in different facilities within or outside of the Brossard community which requires participants at the age of 13 and up to be fully vaccinated with 2 doses of COVID-19 vaccine.

For this reason, we need to obtain from each cadet the current status of their COVID-19 vaccination. It will allow us to comply to the different regulations and to adapt some of our activities for maximizing the number of participants allowed.
