Welcome to the Cleveland Heights Gateways & Wayfinding Survey. The City of Cleveland Heights, in partnership with the Cuyahoga County Planning Commission, is conducting a study on publicly owned signage throughout the community.

Your input is vital to the success of this study. We want to know how you feel about current signage found throughout Cleveland Heights, as well as ideas about future gateway and wayfinding signs.

This survey should take about 10-15 minutes to complete and will close on December 29, 2024.

Current Wayfinding in City ExamplesWhat is a WAYFINDING sign?
A wayfinding sign helps people navigate spaces by providing more detail than a gateway sign. Wayfinding signs often use simple text, arrows, colors, and imagery to provide visual cues to assist in decision making and movement throughout an area.
