Citylife Garden Fair wants to become as sustainable as possible. With that in mind we ask all vendors to not use single use plastic straws, bottles, plates and utensils. Where possible please use biodegradable plates, straws and cups. Thank you.

ระเบียบและหลักเกณฑ์ในการจองบูธ

1.   บูธขนาด 1.5 x 1.5 เมตร มีโต๊ะ 1 ตัว เก้าอี้ 2 ตัว ราคาบูธละ 750 บาท (ไม่รวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม 7%)

2.   ผลิตภัณฑ์/สินค้าที่นำมาจำหน่ายในงาน

×        สามารถเป็นสินค้าทุกประเภทที่ไม่เป็นอันตรายต่อการจัดงาน และผู้เข้าร่วมงาน

×        ถ้าเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์อาหารต้องไม่มีกลิ่นรุนแรง และควรบรรจุใส่กล่อง หรือถุงให้เรียบร้อยทั้งนี้เพื่อความสะอาดเรียบร้อยของพื้นที่

×        ผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ต้องแช่เย็นในถังน้ำแข็ง  ต้องเป็นภาชนะบรรจุที่เก็บน้ำได้ไม่ไหลเลอะเทอะ

3.   การขนย้ายสิ่งของเพื่อเข้ามาเพื่อจัดเตรียมพื้นที่

×        ทางผู้จัดฯ อนุญาตเปิดพื้นที่เพื่อขนส่งของเข้ามาในงานในเวลา 06.00 – 09.00 น. เท่านั้น หากร้านค้ามาสายเกิน 09.00 น. จะไม่สามารถนำรถเข้ามาส่งของได้อย่างเด็ดขาด

×        ทุกร้านจะต้องจัดเตรียมร้านให้เรียบร้อยก่อนงานเริ่ม 30 นาที เพื่อความเป็นระเบียบในการจัดงาน

4.   ผู้จัดงานไม่มีการจัดหาผ้าปูโต๊ะ ร่ม และป้ายชื่อร้านค้าให้ (มีให้เฉพาะหมายเลขโต๊ะ) ร้านค้าจะต้องจัดเตรียมมาเอง ทางร้านควรมีป้ายบอกราคาสินค้าไว้อย่างชัดเจน และเตรียมถุงใส่สินค้ามาให้พร้อมเพื่อความสะดวกต่อผู้ซื้อ และผู้ขาย

5.   การเก็บสิ่งของที่นำมาจัดนิทรรศการ

×        งานจะเสร็จสิ้นเวลา 21.00 โดยประมาณ ห้ามผู้ขายเก็บร้านค้าก่อนเด็ดขาด

×        หลังจากเสร็จงาน ผู้ขายจะต้องจัดเก็บของ และทำความสะอาดสถานที่ให้ เรียบร้อย

6.   ทางผู้จัดงานจะจัดหาเจ้าหน้าที่ไว้คอยช่วยเหลือผู้ขาย หากท่านมีต้องการความ ช่วยเหลือ โดยเจ้าหน้าที่จะสวมเสื้อ Citylife

7.   การชำระเงินทาง 

×        โอนเงินเข้าบัญชีธนาคารกรุงเทพ สาขาเซ็นทรัลแอร์พอร์ท เชียงใหม่

เมื่อโอนเงินเรียบร้อยแล้ว ให้เก็บสลิปและทำการยืนยันการโอน โดยแจ้งเวลาและยอดเงินที่ทำการโอนเงินมา หรือถ่ายสลิป พร้อมแจ้งชื่อ-ที่อยู่ มาให้ครบถ้วนถูกต้อง ส่งมาที่อีเมล์ wichuda@chiangmaicitylife.com

8.   หากต้องการยกเลิกการจอง ผู้ขายจะต้องแจ้งให้ผู้จัดงานทราบล่วงหน้าไม่ต่ำกว่า 30 วัน ไม่มีการคืนเงินหากท่านยกเลิกการจองหลังวันที่ 23 ตุลาคม 2562

9.   สำหรับผู้ที่สนใจสามารถกรอกแบบฟอร์มพร้อมชำระเงิน แล้วส่งมาที่ อีเมล์ wichuda@chiangmaicitylife.com ภายในวันที่ 15 พฤศจิกายน 2562 นี้เท่านั้น

10.  ในกรณีที่ทรัพย์สินที่ร้านค้านำมาในการออกร้าน เกิดการสูญหายหรือชำรุด ทางผู้จัดงานจะไม่รับผิดชอบใดๆ ทั้งสิ้น

Terms & Conditions

1. All spaces come with one table (1.5 X 1.5 meters) and two chairs. Tables (stalls) are only its 750 bath / table (VAT excluded)

2. Goods:

· All goods and services are permissible as long as they are not dangerous or illegal.

Any food with strong odours must be put into sealed containers.

3. Setup:

· Setup times for all spaces is between 6 am-9am only. Please set up as early as possible as parking space is limited and any unloading of vehicles at the Citylife Garden Fair after 10.30am is not allowed

· Vendors are responsible for carrying goods from the parking area to their booths. For maximum convenience of all vendors, please come early, unload your vehicles early and vacate the parking space immediately for other vendors.

 4. Citylife will not provide the following:

· Table cloths, nameplates, carrier bags, power strip, and umbrella.

5. Packing up:

· The Citylife Garden Fair will end around 9 pm. and all vendors are asked to stay around until then.

· All vendors will be responsible for removal of all goods in their spaces and any waste material by the end of the day.

6. Citylife staff and volunteers will be on hand throughout the day to assist all vendors and visitors. Please look out for our t-shirts.

7. Payment:

8. Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to the event, any cancellations after October 16th , 2019 will receive no refunds.
