Survey for Band Administrators: A First Nations Navigation Tool of Government of Canada Programs and Services

Thank you for agreeing to complete this survey. This short survey will help us help you! Your answers will help us provide a rationale and framework for creating a tool designed by and designed for First Nations, to help us all better navigate the complex maze of Government of Canada programs and services. A guide that will grow over time and one that will be the go-to for all First Nations in British Columbia.

There are 20 questions in this survey and it should take no more than 10-15 minutes of your time. At the end, you will be given the option of providing your name and contact email. All Band Administrators (or equivalent positions) that complete the survey by Friday, January 29, 2021 , and include their contact information, will be entered in a draw to win a $100 Visa Gift Card.
