The Grant Applicant acknowledges that they understand that if the Grant Application is approved that the Grant Application will form the basis by which the Commission will determine if the Grant Applicant is complying with the terms of the Grant Conditions and Reporting Agreement. Therefore, the Grant Applicant certifies that it can fulfill the items of the Grant Application as set forth in the responses to the Grant Application.
