The Cultural Investment Portfolio Financial Health Workshop Series was developed in response to an increasing tempo of Portfolio organizations facing resiliency challenges, such as: loss of major individual or institutional funder, a fast-changing business model environment, zero risk tolerance, outdated strategic planning documents, leadership recruitment and retention challenges, maintaining and reinvesting into a facility, and technology and system needs, to name a few.

This three-part workshop series is an extension of the Mass Cultural Council Capacity Accelerator Network, designed for CIP organizations facing significant financial challenges. A component of their work is open to the broader nonprofit community here, as the Financial Health Workshop Series.
