2021 CIO of the Year Award Nomination (Non-Profit Sector)

The 2021 CIO of the Year Awards recognize Canadian technology leaders who have demonstrated business and technological vision, entrepreneurship, a capacity to drive enterprise transformation, and a demonstrated ability to drive value in the marketplace.

There are two parts to the 2021 nomination process. First, the nominator or self-nominator must complete the form below with the information that details the nominee's accomplishments and the context in which they were achieved. Second, the nominator or self-nominator must provide two letters of recommendation attesting to the nominees' accomplishments. The letters are integral to the judges' decision-making process. If you are having trouble attaching the letters, they can be emailed to sproctor@itwc.ca.
