The Coffs Harbour bypass team releases a bi-annual survey to understand your thoughts on our communication and engagement with the community.
We appreciate you taking the time to provide your feedback as it helps us improve our processes, the information we provide, and our methods of communication.
The last survey was released on 31 May 2024 and ran for the full month of June. In response to feedback received, we have:
- developed an innovative digital mapping system to communicate temporary and final access arrangements (coming soon)
- started online webinars to improve accessibility to the project team and explain how we are building the bypass
- developed a take-home map of the project alignment incorporating detailed design changes and key features including shared paths and noise walls
- refined our approach to closing out complaints and enquiries.
When completing this survey, please:
- Only provide feedback for the period between July and November 2024
- Do not use the comment boxes to make a formal complaint or enquiry - 1800 550 621 and community@CHBteam.com.au are appropriate channels for complaints and enquiries as they are monitored regularly and will be responded to by the team
- Do not provide feedback on route selection, detailed design and the Place Design and Landscape Plan as these have undergone community consultation and there is no scope for change.
