Welcome to the NH Public Comment Survey for the FY 2024–2025* Mental Health Block Grant Application!
The Community Mental Health Services Block Grant (MHBG) is a funding source from the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) which supports programs and services for NH statewide residents.
Grantees use the funds to provide comprehensive, community-based mental health services to adults with serious mental illness and to children with serious emotional disturbances and to monitor progress in implementing a comprehensive community-based mental health system.
To receive MHBG funds, eligible entities must submit an application every 2 years to demonstrate statutory and regulatory compliance.
We are seeking feedback from the community on the FY 2024-2025 MHBG Application.** Your feedback is important to us; as you review each section think about if you feel our drafted statements are a fair representation of our system and services.
