Kopanya - Diving Deeper: Talking to Kids about Race and Racism Part 2 - Registration Form - February 2024

Thank you for your interest in Kopanya's "Diving Deeper: Talking to Kids about Race and Racism Part 2" course, which is starting on 28 February 2024.

One of the prerequisites for this course is that you would have attended "Talking to Kids about Race and Racism" Part 1 - either through the school you work for or on one of our public courses.

If you would still like to join Part 2 but have not had the opportunity to complete Part 1, we can offer you one of our online bridging workshops (dates to be announced). Please indicate in Question 4 if you will be joining us for this session.

To register for Part 2, please provide us with some background information. All the information you provide here will be kept confidential and will not be shared with anyone without your permission.

The course fee is R7500 (plus VAT of R1125) or $480, or 460 Euro, which covers all 9 modules - including the course calls, course materials, guest speakers and personalised support from the facilitators over the 9 months of the course. (We don't want cost to be a barrier for anyone, so if you would like to be considered for a subsidised course fee or a payment plan, please indicate below.)

We are also offering a 2-for-1 special if you sign up with a friend or partner - you can either split the course fee 50/50, or your friend/partner joins for free.

There will be one group call towards the end of each month (usually the second to last or last Wednesday from 6:30-9:00 pm) where the guest speakers will share and invite discussion, and participants will have an opportunity to share about what they have read and experienced with each topic.
