2023 Cordova Home Heating Tank Survey

1: Fill pipe is not covered and/or there are stains around fill pipe.

2: The fuel system is not protected from overhead damage.

3: My fuel gauge and/or overfill alarm does not work.

4: The vent pipe is not clear of debris and insects.

5: The tank is dented and/or rusted and it is not painted.

6: The tank legs or stand are not in good condition and/or they are not on a stable foundation. Or my fuel tank is on the ground.

7: The fuel lines are not protected.

8: The fuel filter is not protected from damage and/or has excess water in it.
